100% aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels, then infused with massive amounts of PennyCup Coffee Co Columbian Trujillo coffee and Madagascar vanilla beans. Packed with flavors of milk chocolate, cinnamon, faint smoke, chocolate covered raisins, espresso, crème brûlée and nougat.

Picked this and the other 2020 up when in Asheville and so thankful I did, both were fantastic but this was the better of the two. Oily black pour, no head. Smells of brown batter, fudge, rich dark roast coffee, vanilla, bourbon, molasses, with light leather, smoke, and oak. Taste builds on this adding vanillins, earth, and hints of licorice. It's wonderful, like a rich boozy coffee truffle. Feel is viscous, velvet smooth, warm before cooling off by finish, sticky and chewy, very well made, a touch more barrel would have put this into legendary status
