Notes:
This little Belgian-inspired Dubbel is rich with notes of pumpernickel, toasted walnuts and plum.

Had on tap. Opaque brown with light edges, khaki cap and moderate bands of lacing. Smell has large dark fruits with dark nut, light belgian yeast yet rich candi sugar and malts. Taste is much the same but the dark fruit just lingers of the palate forever beautifully, candi sugar pairs well. On the sweeter end but yeast does temper decently. Feels smooth, cool, medium bodied yet elevated. This was a good new world take on the style that so often is over looked
