Sampled on-tap at The Blue Door. Poured into a 6oz pint glass.
L - Clear copper, with a one-finger off-white head. Little lacing.
S - Wheat bread. Mineral. Clean.
T - Follows nose. Herbal. Well-balanced. Not too much else, though.
F - Light-medium in body, with plenty of carbonation. Refreshing. Easy-to-drink. Not filling at all.
O - Not too bad, but a little average. Enjoyable, even though I can't really comment much on complexity or anything other than "herbal wheat bread". Worth a try, and I won't turn one down - I wouldn't go out of your way for it, though.
