Stout conditioned on Amburana wood. This beer is a collab with our good friend Brian Dorry. Brian won our pick for best dark beer at this past summer's Just Brew It homebrew festival

16 ounce bottle poured into tulip.
Pours dark brown, with light tan head of about a finger. Cinnamon sugar streusel aroma. If that’s what amburana wood smells like, count me in.
Similar taste as the aroma. French toast vibes. Cinnamon Toast Crunch, cocoa, wood.
Medium body, slick mouthfeel, dryer finish.
Overall, unique and different. Only my second time with amburana but loving the cinnamon profile from it.
RIP Eurisko

Had on tap. Pitch black opaque stout appearance with a khaki collar. Aromas of cinnamon and amburana wood atop chocolate malt. Taste kind of like french toast with wood, baker’s dark chocolate, caramel, and malts. Feel is malty, full, smooth and medium bodied. Nice winter beer with a fun flair
