Brewing 'Everything's Coming Up Milhouse' @ 6.5% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is gold from the can to a clear gold in the glass with a medium size white head leaving a spotty lace along the tulip
S-dry hopped Citra & Mosaic
T-hoppy , clean & crisp West Coast IPA , yeah
MF-ok carbonation , big medium body
Ov-a west coast IPA , just lacks something

A:
It pours cloudy orange with a couple fingers of beige head that settles to a pudgy cap.  Very good retention; sheets of  lacing. (4.25)

S:
Lime, orange, juniper, mango, that creamsicley sort of fruitiness that is real common in these beers and which I assume comes from the DH biotransformation. How's that for a descriptor? (4.25)

T:
Flavor is the bitterish half of the aroma. Faint pine sap underneath citrus pith, grapefruit, and a little sweet fruitiness in the finish to lighten it up. (4.5)

M:
Fairly fluffy yet dry, medium carbonation, clean finish. (4.25)

O:
Very, very nice beer.
Looks like a classic NEIPA in the glass with a nice mousse head. It is a juicy-looking, citrusy- and faintly tropical-smelling, citrus bitterness yet fruity-tasting IPA that is very drinkable and very enjoyable. The only negative point I can give it is that it is very blatant and almost arrogant about its west coast IPA credentials and it most definitely is not one. If I had rated to style as I usual try to do, the whole thing would probably be a point lower. It is such an enjoyable non-WCIPA, though that I couldn't do it. Hell of a good beer! Thanks, Ferris!
