Coconut Vanilla Stout
What’s the good in being a ghost if you can’t brew people a good beer? This supernatural stout is loaded with scary coconut and terrifying vanilla… Just don’t say its name three times!
Brewed with 7 types of malt (Pale, Oat, Honey, Chocolate, Carafa 3, Dark Crystal, and Medium Crystal) this Beetlejuice themed stout comes across as thick and sits at an approachable 6.5% ABV. We conditioned the stout on vanilla and added bags of coconut into the brite tank that adds richness and sweetness just in time for Halloween season!

Backcountry Brewing 'Daylight Come and We Want Go Home' coconut vanilla stout @ 6.5% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a dark cola brown from the can to black in the glass with a large size tan head leaving a spotty lace along the tulip
S-hints of vanilla
T-semi sweet start , some smoothness , slight bitter swallow
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-it seems that the coconut has gone home already
