AND IN THE DARKNESS BIND THEM - BARREL AGED BOURBON IMPERIAL STOUT , ABV : 10% IBU : 40
Deep in the land of Squamish, in the fires of Backcountry Brewing, The Dark Lord John brewed an Imperial Stout, and into his beer, he poured his cruelty, his malice, and his will to dominate all life. One beer to rule them all.

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of black chocolate notes with some bourbon and vanilla notes with subtle maple notes. Taste is also a mix of black chocolate notes with some bourbon notes and hints of maple syrup and vanilla. Body is pretty full with good carbonation with some alcohol notes that are discernible. Solid BA stout with hints of maple syrup.
