2 YEAR HEAVY CHAR - BOURBON BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT , ABV : 12% IBU : 40
A portion of last years barrel aged stout was conditioned for an additional year in Parkers Heritage heavy char barrels from Heaven Hill. The extra time in barrels has created a beautiful rich complexity and velvety smooth mouthfeel. This beer has become one of our favourite barreled stouts to date. Cheers!
