I do not want the Emperor's prize damaged. We will test it...on Captain Solo. Calrissian, take the Citra and Nelson Sauvin and put them in this pale ale. That was never a condition of our agreement! Perhaps you think you're being treated unfairly?

Single can - no date on same, but I purchased in November 2024, so not super fresh, but not ancient (on me).
Cloudy bright golden pour with two plus fingers of puffy, creamy white head.
Nose of citrus - lemon, concentrated orange juice, hints of pine and floral notes - a bit of bready malt.
Sweet and juicy on the palate, again with a soft bready note - lime, orange juice (I get notes of the frozen concentrate orange juice from my childhood); soft herbal bitterness.
Medium mouthfeel with a little subdued carbonation - honestly the body falls a bit flat, which, although the flavours are not super vibrant, I think the somewhat lacklustre body is to blame. That said this is very decent and quite enjoyable.

Poured from a 473ml can. Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. 28 IBU's
A very nice hazy pale ale, smooth with a nice hop finish.
