Our friends from Parkside and Rewind came up to Squamish to brew this pale ale and help us celebrate our 6th anniversary. We thought we’d have some fun and try out a thiolized yeast strain. The results? Chills. Literal chills.⁠

Parkside/Rewind/Backcountry collab 'I Want It That Way' Pale Ale @ 5.5% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a yellow gold from the can to a hazy yellow gold in the glass with a medium size white head leaving a fine spotty lace ring along the tulip
S-hints of dankness
T-tart & juicy fruits dominate this (NE) pale ale
MF-ok carbonation , medium body
Ov-decent 6th anniversary collab beer with Parkside Brewing & Rewind Brewery

Poured from a 473ml can. 30 IBU's. A 6th anniversary collaboration beer with Parkside and Rewind Breweries using a thiolized yeast strain.
A nice full bodied pale ale.
