Had at the source the #8 Vanilla - Hazelnut. Pours a dark deep brown with off white head that lingers. Roasted notes of coffee, vanilla, hazelnut, and chocolate are on the nose. The taste is very forward with the hazelnut, followed by vanilla, with a nice mild chocolate finish. Very little bitterness to this beer and very well balanced. I would definitely enjoy this beer again next to a campfire.

Sample at the source.
Deep mahogany color with a creamy off white head. Rich caramel with hints of nutty chocolate light fruit and earth to counter. Not my favorite style, but this is clean well made and quite tasty.
