On tap at the brewery.
The appearance was a shiny golden amber to yellow color topped by a small cap of a bar pour's kind of head. Barely any lace.
The aroma had some apricot/peachy fleshiness with coriander and a touch of ginger. Some biscuity malts, but not so Belgian as I would have thought they could be.
The flavor moderately leaned towards the peachy/apricot at first, but that ginger/coriander quality colors the backbone pretty damn nice! Mild aftertaste of apricot, coriander and biscuits.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. That ABV seemed to fit so nicely here. And none of the spices used seemed to distract at all. Nice finish of biscuity malts with apricots and coriander, touch of dryness.
Overall, somehow I can tell this is well brewed yet, I really don't see this as a Belgian witbier. I mean it's good for what it is and I would have again.

Sample at the source.
Slightly hazy light golden dark yellow in color with a thin white bubbly head. Ligth grainy crackery maltiness with a bit of lemon and spice not too shabby.

From the 16 fl. oz. can dated 02/15/18. Sampled on March 1, 2018.
Cloudy milky look pale yellow pour, which is what I might expect from a Witbier, with a quick lasting white fizzy head that fades down and laces.
Big aroma of orange peel, coriander, toasted malts, and I think their "secret ingredient" is Ginger, because I get that too.
Smooth but nearly a medium body.
It is easy to consume with a pleasant orange and toasty sweetness followed quickly by an herbal quality. Mildly bitter to finish.
