Poured on tap at the brewery.
Very clear bright gold color with a finger of white head. Leaves some splotchy lacing before settling into a film. Bubbles for days.
The aroma is a bit faint, with some sweet citrus followed by a solid malt backbone.
The flavor just isn't good. It's a bit citrusy and earthy but honestly tastes like ginger ale. Bad ginger ale.
The feel is light bodied with very lively carbonation. Exceptionally crisp and dry, like champagne.
Overall, I'm just not feeling this one. This is my first venture into the Brut style and I'm definitely not impressed. It's ginger ale with alcohol.

On tap at the source.
Mostly clear light golden color with a decent bubbly white head that persists. Light butterscotch citrus and grapefruit with faint bits of bready malt. The flavor is bready light citrus and earthy grass. Kind of bubbly with quite a dry mouthfeel as advertised. Moderate astringency. I've never had this style but judging by the description I would have liked a bit more bubbles and more of a fruity champagne feel to it. Not bad as is I guess.
