Take a ride on our next beer that explores new-to-us brewing techniques at Backyard. We sought to make slingshot a drier, crisper NEIPA, but still boasting the full bodied nature of the style. Double Dryhopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Idaho 7, this beer is a bit of a throwback- Peaches meet pine, with a pronounced but not overwhelming bitterness. Still very soft and full-bodied, but without that heavy feeling that leaves you always wanting another. Enjoy!
