It is no surprise to those that knew Ron- he has a sweet tooth! One of his favorite beers on rotation at the brewery was Pub Stout, a mild semi-sweet English stout that is easy to drink and approachable. For this special release, we added 50lb of Fair Trade Ecuadorian Cacao Nibs to our base Pub stout recipe. Notes of sweet chocolate and a creamy mouthfeel stand out prominently. Cheers!
