Renamed in memory of a dear friend’s pup, and for all of the Good Dogs near and far, Carter’s Kolsch is a traditional German Kolsch. Light in body, golden in color, and lightly fruity and floral, this beer is perfectly suited for warm weather and session-drinking. Mild but pleasing bitterness, and a dry finish. Hopped with Hallertau Tradition and Tettnang and produced in full abidance with German Purity Laws. Prost!

On tap at the source.
Comes to the table a lightly hazy orange amber color with a thin bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Bready crackery maltiness with fruit earthy floral hops to counter.
