Our Single Hop IPA (SHIPA) series comes back to the Pacific Northwest for a new-world Wests coast hop. A well-rounded malt profile lends well to allow the hop to stand prominent in aroma and flavor. Notes of Papaya, melon, and lemon zest play well to the lighter body and bright character of this beer.
