Served from a bottle into a goblet at Chops, a burger place in the Old Quarter in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Let me first say that this is a beer I would seek out in the US, something very rare when traveling in SE Asia.
Copper with a small white head when poured into a glass. Leaves some sticky lacing.
Smell is of piney hops. Nice...
Taste is well balanced between the sweet maltiness and hoppiness. A slight booziness but really minimal. Nice bitterness at the end.
Perhaps a little thinner than I might prefer but pretty minor complaint.
Overall, this is something I would buy again if I get the chance to travel in Vietnam again. I think this is a pretty small brewery in Vietnam so not sure if they ever will export to the USA. If you see this or anything else from this brewery, do yourself a favor and try it.
