L: Poured from a bottle to a tulip glass. Had a golden honey color and a hazy texture. There was a quarter inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Good, but not great, lacing.
S: A decent enough aroma of yeast, light fruit, a vinous quality, and malt.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of sweet, light fruit (possibly pears), a bit of yeast (not as noticeable as in some sours), lots of the vinous quality (white wine grapes), light spices, and a hint of malt. A fair flavor, but overall a bit thin. It definitely has its sour quality, but lacks in real complexity.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a somewhat slick finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is one of those beers that's interesting, if not totally successful. Worth a try, though.
