Amber color with a thick head with decent retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with notes of caramel malt, orange jam, a bit of grapefruit and mint.
Flavor with notes of caramels, pineapple with mint, grapefruit citrusy, pine, lychees and earthy tea leaves. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7% is absent.
I didn’t feel much tropical notes in this brew, though they call it tropical IPA. It has a standard recipe that is closer to English versions, though more citric and bitter. Ok, not exceptional.
