A straw yellow with a dense, off-white head that falls off leaving little lace, this looks OK. The nose is a blend of lactic yogurt, a touch of raw strawberry and doughy ground wheat. The palate opens mildly tart with a bright, lactic note, along with a green grape and unripe strawberry tartness. The 5% ABV is most noticeable as a doughy malt palate. Drying on the finish, this beer is medium-light in body and moderately carbonated. Decent.
