Aroma: Grapefruit soda! Strong grapefruit, roses, and lilac come together to give a firm floral perfume aspect that is actually rather pleasing.
Appearance: Clear dark amber glass holds a good off white cap that left loopy trails of lace behind it.
Flavor: Full hop flavor, but no acidic burn at all. Spices and floral notes are full and up front, maybe a bit too much so, but not really offensive, just a little overbearing.
Mouthfeel: Creamy texture, low carbonation, medium body.
Overall Impression: Very different. Very Floral. Almost entered this as a spiced beer, but since they claim a version of Steam beer. Come to think of it, this is the best Imperial Steam beer Ive ever tasted! Kudos for originality
