On-tap at by the bottle here in Vancocuver WA..
- Great foamy white head down to a thin layer.. leaves lacing all about... caramel clear brew....
- Slightly sweet and massive fruity grapefruit citrus goodness.... slight caramel malt, and nectar of the gods. Some ver nice floral qualities too.
- A jamb packed ale with flavor and aroma hops... slightly sweet, balanced, malty caramel, and a floral/citrus hop explosion... one of the best fresh hop brews yet.
- Slightly drying, but wasn't overly bitter... smooth, light bodied and slightly creamy...
- Hands down my favorite fresh hop brew of the season around here. I want a keg now please.

A huge thanks to Jim for sending me this one my way. He knew exactly what I needed tonight, Served cold and poured into a pint glass, this growler was enjoyed on 11/22/2009.
Pours a very bright amber color with nice clarity and a really nice three inch head of white foam sitting on the top. settles down, slowly and leaves behind tons and tons of lacing up and down the sides of the glass. Aroma is super fresh, rich grapefruit and ripe hops are all over the place here. Warming does little to balance this out in fact it seems to get stronger as we move on. Sipping brings back puckering grapefruit and nice touches of orange and pineapple. Nice medium body, great carbonation and really well done smooth, and dry finish. Long flavor of grapefruit hops just dominate and leave no doubt on the palate where this one was going.
Overall a very solid and very fresh IPA. I am very glad to have have tried this west coast goodie.
