Blueprint Brewing Co. "The Ruler"
on tap at the brewery on 20 April 2019
Notes: Listed at 7% ABV. "Double Chocolate Stout". Black body beneath a creamy tan head. The aroma is roasty but not particularly chocolatey - there's a little bit. The flavor follows - there's some chocolate, but "double chocolate"? There's some raisin-like fruitiness, and a smoky roastiness. Median bitterness with a dry finish. Quite enjoyable disregarding the name.
