on draft at the brewery
milky opauqe pale yellow in color, thin head that fades almost instantly - not a good look. aroma is odd - some tart apple and maybe some citrus. taste is mildly tart as well - no hop flavor detected or bitterness which you'd want in a pale ale. Not undrinkable, but weird flavor that is hard to describe, but this doesn't taste like beer - more like a hard cider but not totally either. thin body, slick feel.
I can appreciate that they are trying to help out those with Celiac Disease, but if you don't have to for health reasons, don't order this.
