22 oz bottle with blue waxed top. A bit of a miss on the label - on both bottles I have the labels are all wrinkled and skewed - label either wasn't sized correctly, or maybe just hand labeled so they look very amateurish.
pours jet black like used motor oil, but only a thin tan colored head that fades quickly. pleasant whiskey aroma along with roasty coffee and chocolately stout flavors. similar taste, the sweetness of the malt flavor is balanced by the booziness and some of the roast. but not too "hot" in terms of the alcohol taste. thicker bodied, but carbonation is a bit too low, even for this style.
