Rum barrel aged Imperial Stout
On draft at the brewery in stemmed glass. Jet black, and dark tan colored head. Pretty good head retention. Aroma is dark cocoa, roasty coffee, and dark rum. Similar flavors in the taste, well balanced not too sweet nor dry. Medium bodied, silky mouthfeel.
