A clean dry-Porter made with British Marris Otter malt , along with a touch of both Medium Crystal , and roasted malts , Fuggles and Sterling hops round it all out. Named in honor of the much-under appreciated valley we call home.

S-roasted malts , hints of Fuggles & Sterling hops
T-true English porter , semi sweet , very bitter finish
