Pours fairly pale gold with a medium head that leaves marginal lace. The hop combo is supposedly jester, galena, and amarillo, but the nose is surprisingly English with earthy herbal aromas. Only a touch of the blackcurrant you might expect from jester and not much citrus or fruity hop aroma. The taste is a bit more like what you might expect, with more summer fruit coming into play. Pretty good overall, although it does seem a bit watery at 4.3%.
