On-tap at Circa Brewing Co., Brooklyn, NY
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving a thin collar around the edge of the glass and lots of lacing running down the sides.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of bready and grainy malts and a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an honest pilsener and is a good representation of the style. I liked the clean and malty mouthfeel.
