On-tap at Circa Brewing Co., Brooklyn, NY
A: The beer is crystal clear dark red in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high light beige head that left a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and a thick coating completely covering the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of herbal hops and pale malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of pale malts with notes of toasted malts and herbal and noble hops. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a very good balance between the malts and hops.
Serving type: on-tap
