Look: Perfectly clear dark amber. Two fingers of thick white head with long retention.
Smell: Malty, slightly yeasty, a little sweet.
Taste: Mild bready malt, a little sweet, mildly acidic. Very low earthy hop flavor with almost no bitterness.
Mouthfeel: A little thin, very high carbonation.
Overall: A very satisfying example of the style, especially on a chilly day.
