Smooth, with a delightful, mild, sweet corn character and complimented with a hint of toasted coconut. A touch of hops, and bordering on light bodied, this well balanced beer will have you day dreaming about summer nights all year round.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that settled down, leaving a large, thin patch of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of toasted coconut are present in the nose.
T: The taste starts off with some flavors of corn but toasted coconut quickly kicks in and lingers well into the finish and aftertaste. Little, if any bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and rather smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a very good job at showcasing the aromas and flavors of toasted coconuts in the smell and taste.
