A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color—too hazy to see if there any visible carbonation. It poured with a finger and a half high frothy white head that died down, leaving a patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sour pineapples are present in the nose along with hints of mangos.
T: The taste has sour flavors of mangos and pineapples with strong notes of vanilla beans in the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, a little tart and slightly smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the taste of this beer as it did a good job at combining the sourness with fruity flavors and notes of vanilla beans.
