Sour IPA brewed w/ lactose, dry hopped with Motueka, Mosaic, and Citra. Conditioned on butterfly pea flowers, blueberries, lavender flowers, and vanilla beans. This beer pours a beautiful purple hue, so get ready to 'gram it.

Dark Pomegranate Color
Raspberry on the nose.
I was getting mostly raspberry, bit of strawberry and blueberry, lemon, salt, vanilla, some lavender in the back, sweet and a little bit earthy.
Really good wild ale, juicy, sour, everything you'd want from this style

A: The beer is rather hazy purplish red in color. It poured with a quarter finger high light pink head that faded away, leaving a short head and small patches of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lavender are present in the nose along with notes of blueberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and starts off with flavors of lavender and has strong notes of blueberries. There is a faint amount of sourness and hints of lactose.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is all about the lavender, from the smell to taste, and is a bit sour. I found it to be quite unique.
