A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy dark yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and some patches of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of tropical fruits are present in the nose, particularly those of mangos and stone fruit.
T: The taste follows the smell but is more complex with additional notes of lime citrus and hints of pineapple. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and rather juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that the aromas and flavors of hops in this beer might be a little more intense compared to other New England IPAs given that this was a Triple IPA. In any event, it did a remarkable job at hiding any traces of alcohol from the taste and seemed like something that was more like 6% or 7% abv, not 10%! As such, the drinkability is very high.
