Our first lager, Straw Man pilsner is blend of old and new. A hop forward pilsner, brewed using 4 different German hop varieties and finished with Hallertau Blanc, giving it a subtle, fruity character. Clean & crisp.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with just a few specks of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of white grape are present in the nose along with hints of biscuit malts.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of white grape along with underlying hints of biscuit malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and somewhat clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The smell and taste of this pilsner really showcase the aromas and flavors of the Hallertau Blanc hops.
