A Schwarzbier built on traditional German ingredients. Brewed with Munich, Pilsner, and Black malts. Hopped with Hallertau Magnum, Perle, and Tettnang. Smooth with a mild roast and dark fruit finish.

16 oz can. Pours black with tall, long-lasting, foamy, beige head and lovely carbonation. Aroma is of toasted malt and grassy hops. Body is medium and slightly crisp. Taste of toasted malt, toffee and grassy hops. Finish is long and dry. OK brew.

A: The beer is essentially jet black in color. It poured with a short light tan head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and lots of small patches of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of dark malts are present in the nose along with notes of roasted malts.
T: The taste has lots of flavors of dark malts with a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a bit of dryness in the finish.
O: This schwarzbier is easy to drink and has a good balance between the malts and hops.
