On tap at Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club in Brooklyn, NY.

This one pours a clear straw yellow color, with a small head – it looks nice.

There’s a nice herbal hop character here, with some crackery malt.

There’s a really pleasant soft but spicy and herbal hop character here, with crisp water cracker malty vibes. There’s a slightly seedy, like almost rye-like feeling to this on the finish, with a pleasantly lingering bitterness.

This is super drinkable, and just really pleasant to drink.

This paired well with crushing it at shuffleboard.

A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge.
S: Moderate aromas of grassy and spicy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but has additional notes of green grapes and floral hops. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I particularly enjoyed the flavors of green grapes in this pilsner, which made the beer unique.
