"Illuminator," Zwicklebier is the charming little sibling to our Kellerbier, Torchbearer. Both are bursting with malt, hops, and a delightful hazy crisp finish.
Illuminator is a "lighter" (get it?!) comparison in both ABV and color than its counterpart, while expressing all the raw character of a true unfiltered lager, enhanced by krausen conditioning—a first for us in our new facility. Brewed with the finest imported Tettnang hops offers a nuanced balance and is a true showcase of purity.
