16oz can. Off center bottom date stamp yields partial date of '??/?3/25'.
Slight cloudiness to a straw colored body. One thick finger of white head with the pour and this settles to an irregular cap and a ring with tendrils. Leaves behind scattered strings of lacing.
Aroma of bready malt and floral hops with a bit of citrus.
Taste gets downright bitter but there is some sweetness early on. Flavors of toasted bread, orange and lemon, and honey. Aftertaste goes mostly to the earthy malts as the bitterness fades.
Medium mouthfeel, with some creamy texture. Metallic tone comes in late. Very good carbonation as the foam head follows down to the bottom of the glass.
Good use of the single hop for flavoring.
