Cork Town is a classic Dry Irish-Style Stout, with distinct, robust notes of roasted malts and smooth finish. It’s brewed using American-grown Fuggle hops, UK-malted Maris Otter, flaked barley, and a blend of roasted malts.
Cork Town is our nod to the history of Irish diaspora in Staten Island and the time-honored art of Irish stout brewing.

Pours near black, ruby edged, loose 1.5" tan head with moderate retention and streaky lacing. Nose is dark roast, malted milk balls, earthy hop; as it continues to warm, bit of roasted peanut. Taste is mildly bitter, pumpernickel bread, black coffee, cola, peppery rye sweetness. Feel is soft, moderate bright carbonation, full feel. Overall, this was an well-balanced stout with a bit more carbonation than I typically like from the style, but still a enjoyable.
