This pours a cloudy dark honey colour with a generous just off white head.
The hop aromas aren't huge but they are nice and distinctly American.
The malt that wasn't really apparent on the nose comes through on the palate. A very slight sweetness. The beer is now approaching a year old and I wonder whether some of the bitterness might have dropped out.
Medium bodied.
A decent beer to celebrate the 200 brews.

A - Fairly clear golden orange with a 2cm off white head that slowly falls.
S - Mainly floral hops in the aroma with some caramal malt notes.
T - More floral in the taste but some tropical hoppiness comes through as well. Also noticeable caramel, I guess to balance it.
M - Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, hefty bitterness.
D - Not the best AIPA out there but decent enough. If only they'd brew beers like this more often.
