L- Pitch black, no, really pitch black, even held to a halogen bulb. Pours with 2mm tan head.
S- BIG chocolate notes, and perhaps some minor coffee too.
T- Chocolate, minor coffee, vanilla and then tail-ending them is coconut! At least that's what my palate is telling me (I'm blind-tasting this without the lable or web cues or clues, so I'll x-check them later). All in it's seriously deep and pungent.
F- Intense, 'full-on', quite thick feeling on the palate, a slow-sipping beer, perfect for winter as opposed to hotter months.
O- Fascinating, memorable, something of a show-stopper. This is far, ohhhhh so very from being pedestrian. Also faaar from being sessionable.
£6.50/330ml bottle from 'Real Ale' (beer shop) in London W9. BB: 04/2022.
ps. Now I'm done rating here^ I get to take the virtual blind-fold off and check the brewery website where I find this re: this beer: 'Water, Malts, Oatmeal, Cocoa, Coconut, Vanilla, Coffee, Chipotle, Bourbon (1%), Hops, Yeast Contains Gluten No Aroma.'

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
