Copenhagen 2/12 2023. 44 cl can from Beershoppen webshop. An old tower on the van with a conspicuous fellow in black clothes crawling out of a window.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet oder of overripe Exotic fruit and alcohol mingling with a sharp, citric odor. Mango and peach. Passion fruit. Citrus and lemon. Alcohol.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a subtle bitter undertone- Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent and a bit boozy DIPA.
