Copenhagen 11/1 2025. 33 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Some houses standing on wooden pillars at the sea side with a tropicbird flying by. Very exotic.
Pours unclear almost opaque pale yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a bit of spice and mild tart notes. Sweet wheat malts, a bit of white sugar and oranges. Hints of sweet banana. Coriander. Lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and little sharp. Lingers for a bit, Finish is semi-dry.
Silken and well-balanced Wheat beer.
