Duo NZ/US de haute volée, le Nectaron laisse des traces avec son punch qui évoque le fruit délicieux (Coucou La Réunion), on retrouve également les fruits à noyau bien mûrs du Mosaic pour un tout très opulent. La bouche est douce et fruitée avec une légère amertume qui rappellent les zestes d’agrumes. La finale tape un peu mais c’est ça qu’on veut ! ;p

Houblons (Mosaic, Nectaron), Levure, CO2.

45 cl can, packed in June 2025, poured into a pint glass in Toulouse, France.
Nice looking yellow gold hazy boi pour, receded quick.
Fruit bowl nose of pineapple, passionfruit.
Taste follows, with blooms of the hop blend of Mosaic & Necatron combining to bring the juice, with sweetness, nice bitter note, and a high octane finish.
Mouth is full and there is medium carbonation.
Overall, wish the hop punch was a big as the 10% abv, which would have rounded this Triple NEIPA out a bit better.
