Pastry Imperial Stout Barrel Aged 12%
Attention dinguerie à Dydy ! Le nez est une rivière de chocolat fondu aux notes de noix de coco, de noisette et d’un je ne sais quoi ultra gourmand. La bouche est une caresse choco coco noisette agrémentée d’une touche boisée vanillée issu du fût de bourbon. Ultra dangereuse et addictive, attention à vos couennes !
Ingrédients : Eau, Malts (Seigle, Orge), Flocons d’avoine, Purée de Noix de Coco, Biscuit, Houblon, Levure, CO2.

33 cl can, packed 9/25, opened 10/25, poured deep black into a Teku glass, in Toulouse, FR.
Nose is dark chocolate, a whiff of coconut, woodsy, dark stone fruits, vanilla.
Taste is decadent and delicious, dark chocolate galore, French roast coffee, vanilla, coconut, Nutella, Oreos. Excellent barreling. Warm woody and sticky sweet finish.
Mouth brings a dense and velvety texture. Low to medium carbonation.
Overall, as good as some of the Prairie Artisan ‘bombs’ I’ve had. Really nice pastry stout!
