Semi haze yellow color with a huge thick head with eternal retention and leaving laces.
Traditional Hefeweizen aroma with lots of banana, some cloves, wheaty bread and fresh oranges.
Flavor with notes of cloves, pineapple, banana, wheat and pine. Dry aftertaste with a mild but perceived bitterness.
Light bordering medium body with effervescent carbonation.
Refreshing and modern Hefeweizen that walks towards an American Wheat.

Poured from a 355ml bottle.
This pours a light yellow with a thin white head the nose is spice filled.
Not sure what this one is for me a Sasson to a pale ale but with cloves? Or coriander.
Interesting beer I bought one and would not turn one down.
