Burnt orange in color with a sliver of white froth. Smells of apricots, peaches and yeast. Faint note of vinegar are also noticed. Tastes bready and yeasty with apricot and peach and a sharp tartness. I get some faint wood and lingering acidity in the fish. Light to medium and exceptionally dry.
I don't alway drink sours. But when I do, it's a Stonecloud.
